Stryker is looking for a Junior Talent for its Order Management Team in Malmö

ABOUT THE POSITION

As a consultant in Stryker's Order Management team, you will play a vital role in managing order flows for Sweden, Denmark, and Norway. You will work with both manual and digital orders in Oracle and maintain ongoing contact with customers while ensuring high quality at every step – “first time right”.

The role offers great independence and freedom, but with support from experienced colleagues. During the onboarding period, you will learn processes, systems, and workflows through shadowing and gradual responsibility. Once fully productive, you will handle approximately 40–50 orders per day and may also be included in special projects.

The work takes place at Stryker's office in Malmö with the possibility of 1–2 remote days per week. The position is full-time for 1 year. You will be employed by Academic Work and will be on assignment at our client Stryker.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The role involves being responsible for efficient order management, ensuring correct data, and providing support to customers, which is central to Stryker's supply chain and customer satisfaction in a dynamic environment.

• Manage incoming orders in Oracle for Sweden, Denmark, and Norway.
• Process both manual and digital orders with a focus on quality (“first time right”).
• Customer contact via phone and email.
• Prioritize cases in a fast-paced environment and ensure accurate data entry.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team and customer service.
• Opportunity to get involved in special projects and develop within Order Management.
